I will post what they said below, at the end they say "Best, Company name" I am redacting that for privacy to their company. I asked for a copy of my signature, as Amazon claimed it had been signed. On October 18th, 2021 at 3:23PM I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I attempted to setup a claim regarding the package not arriving but amazon said I had to contact the seller. I checked my security cameras for the entire day starting from 6AM to current time, and no one was on my property at all. Nope, not at my front door, my backdoor, near my garage, nowhere. I figured maybe they dropped it off without a signature for some reason. I made sure to stay home the following day as much as possible, and at 2:30PM on October 18th I got a notification from the Amazon that said my package arrived. They didn't say when they would be back, but I assumed the following day. I did not know it had to be signed for, but they left a blank FedEx note, so I know they arrived. FedEx attempted to deliver the item on October 17th, but I was not home to sign for the package.
This monitor said "Delivered" on October 18th, 2021. I am on the hook for $415.95 and I am being refused a refund for a package I never received. I have told them this, no one from FedEx or any other delivery service was ever on my property or delivered my package. Amazon is denying me even though the Amazon A to Z Guarantee entitles me to a refund if the package never arrived. TL DR Ordered a product on Amazon, it never arrived seller hasn't responded in 3 days and has refused refunding me for 6 days.
